Returns and Exchange Policy (Pop Up Shop & Private Style Night)
- We do NOT offer a refund if you simple change your mind on a purchase. However we do offer a 7 day exchange if goods are returned in original condition with tags and receipt.
We have change rooms available for you to try the garments on to ensure you are 100% happy before you purchase items in store.
- Refunds are gladly given on faulty goods within 14 days of purchase. After this time it is classified as wear and tear and we can not offer a refund.
- Strictly no refunds or exchanges on SALE items
Returns and Exchange Policy (Online Store)
- If your garment is the wrong size we will gladly swap it for another size if we still have the stock. If not you will be issued with a store credit note which is valid strictly for 6 months. Goods must be returned within 10 days from the receipt of your goods.
- Refunds will be given on faulty garments only within 14 days from the receipt of goods. Shipping costs are non refundable.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: ( If applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than14 days
- We have the right to deny these refunds and the item will be returned to you
